Returns
Southwest Tool Svs will allow customers to return items purchased through our online ordering subject to the following conditions:
To make a return, it is necessary to contact Southwest Tool Svs. Send an e-mail to sales@southwesttool.com with RGA as subject. Include your reason for returning the product and include detailed information on the original order and your offsetting order.
- An RGA number MUST be included with every return
- The offsetting order from Southwest Tool Svs. does not need to be more or equal but must be comparable to the original order (this is your offsetting order).
-Returned goods must be unused, and in original undamaged, unopened, containers, only complete package quantities are acceptable for return.
- Credit for returned items will be issued against the same credit card used to make the original purchase, after the returned items are received with an RGA number and a copy of the offsetting order acknowledgement and all other requirements have been meet.
- A 5% processing fee will be assessed on all returned items. Orders beyond 30 days of order date are not returnable.
- Southwest Tool Svs. Inc. reserves the right to restrict the number of returns per customer in each 90 day period of time.
The following items MUST be included in your return package:
- Items being returned
- RGA number
- Copy of offsetting order acknowledgement We also recommend sending a printed copy of our e-mail response from RGA request.
